Required Programs
Below I have listed some programs that you may need. Some of these are free and others are commercial. The commercial ones, for the most part, come with free trials.
Acrobat Reader – Used to view .PDF files.
ExpressZip – Used to extract files from .ZIP archives.
eBook Fixer – Allows you to view ebooks giving the “I/O error 32″ and “Page Cannot Be Displayed” errors.
Atomic FTP – A no frills program used to transfer files to and from a webhost.
NVu – A WYSIWYG HTML editor for creating and editing webpages.
Open Office – A great alternative to Microsoft Office.
RoboForm – Great password management software and it’s free.
